Permit Parking

Downtown Sheboygan offers several long-term public parking solutions for customers. Parking permits are available on a short-term or long-term basis. Off-street public parking lots are enforced Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. General public parking in these lots are available at no charge on nights, weekends and major holidays including New Year’s Day, Friday before Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

All parking permits must be purchased through HotSpot Parking using the app or a PC for individual parking permits (up to 10 per lot). For business or bulk permits, please contact us.

Tips for Parking Permits:

Ensure the vehicle license plate is entered correctly in your account.
- User error will not void a parking ticket.
Ensure the correct license plate is assigned to an active parking permit.

- If switching between cars, you must assign the permit to the active vehicle. Forgetting to do so may result in a parking ticket.
Enroll in “auto-renew” so permits remain active in the system each month.
- We recommend purchasing a permit for one month with “auto renew”.
- There are no refunds for unused permits (permit remains active through end of period). Annual permit is valid for 1-year regardless when you cancel it.
Ensure vehicle information is updated and accurate in your account.
