5S DETOUR: Starting Monday, April 29th, 2019, due to construction on the Penn Ave bridge, 5s will outbound the Transfer Station by heading south on S 8th Street to Indiana Ave, then west on Indiana Ave to S 11th Street and resume route. Route 5S will inbound the same way from S 11th Street. This detour is expected to last 5-6 months.
