Parking Meter Reservation Request

Parking meters may be reserved for private or personal use by submitting the request form below at least 24-hours in advance. Each meter costs $5.00 per day to reserve. Please have all meter information available when filling out the form. Meters are individually numbered/lettered. Please provide specific dates and times on the meters being requested for reservation. Each meter (stall) is $5.00 per day.
Please list the start date of the meter reservation and list a time the reservation is required to start.
Please list the end date of the meter reservation and list a time the reservation ends.

Please identify the lot number or the block number of the meters (example 600 N 8th Street).
Please list all the meter numbers/letters being requested for reservation.

Please provide vehicle or equipment information including make, model and license plate of vehicles parking in these stalls.

Please provide specific information on the meters being requested for reservation. Each meter (stall) is $5.00 per day.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Please provide payment information if requesting payment to be processed by credit or debit card. Check or cash payments may be made in person at 828 Pennsylvania Avenue inside the Shoreline Metro Customer Service Office. Payments may also be taken over the phone at (920) 459-3285. Payment must be received prior to meters being reserved.

NOTE
